Diving in Punta Cana is an exciting experience for divers of all levels. The tropical turquoise waters provide a great opportunity to explore the remarkable coral passages and swim through caverns through the reefs that scatter the coastline. Wreck divers will have a variety of wrecks just offshore, including the amazing Astron Wreck in Bavaro. Home to the longest coral reef in the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana offers quality diving adventures just a short boat ride from most.

What To Expect

Punta Cana

Catalina Island is an hour and 10 minutes away from your hotel. You’re be pick up in an air conditioned b us with an English speaking tour guide who on the way will give some important information about the dr. when we get to La Romana port, we are taking the party boat, equipped with snorkeling gear, life jacket, open bar, restrooms, music, a diligent crew and we will make a stop to snorkeling before getting to the island (around 1 hour). After snorkeling we head to the island and we stay there 3 hours where you have the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful beaches, beach bar, and good food serve on our beach buffet.
Around 15:30 we head back to the port and take the bus back. Half way, we stop (25 minutes) in a local shop before heading to the hotel.
