What To Expect

after welcoming and beefing about ,driving safety and rules ,we buckle you up with real seat belts and adjust your seat, to start the adventure fun buggy, the leading buggy, me Kurt will guide you true,paved roads,off-roads and on the beach the all day, to secure your unforgettable day. first stop will be at el Buren, a Dominican family that I visit for 20 years now, you will see there grocery store with all the details, some interesting story's, there home, you will see how need and clean they live, i will explain about the roosters,yes its a national sport, cock fighting,sad but yes!! we continue on back roads,when children have school we will visit a public school at "tres piezas", after driving true different ranches with cattle, goats and pigs ,we come back to civilization, Peñon de los Reyes ,community with more people and children,you can always bring supply's or small toys for the children if you want and give it to them directly!! time for a small horseback trip,see the beautiful countryside at the beginning of Maimon river. (if you don't want to go on the horse,no problem), time for lunch, Rancho REAL, the place where we gone see also the cigar factory,you can try one, make one. from the ranch we keep driving direction Macao beach, passing different small community's and a bigger town La Ceiba. finally on the beach you can go for a swim or just relax,no rush it depends from you. from that wonderful beach we get back to bavaro and make a last stop at the rum lounge OLIVER and the chocolate place , free samples and some rum, don't worry about the drinking, are buggy station is just around the corner, a comfortable van will bring you back to the hotel, more than 120 km (75 miles) buggy feeling
