We celebrated a birthday and had friends join in making our tapas from 5 States across the USA! Natalia was great at putting everyone at ease making the "eat as you go" tapas!! A great time was had by everyone.... Want a virtual cooking get together with your out of town and socially distant friends....invite them to Natalia's home for tapas!!

We have used "With Locals" while travelling through Europe and have ALWAYS been very pleased. This experience was bought for me by my 3 children for Mothers Day and being able to cook and share a taste of Spain from Natalia was one of the best best gifts I have received! It is a great way to share an experience during isolation. I wanted to be able to "tip" her and did not find a way to do that.

We had the best virtual afternoon with Natalia teaching us all about tapas, Barcelona and teaching us to make three tapas dishes. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very engaging. She was able to keep all eight of us who were in 4 different places together in the cooking process which could not have been easy! We spent around an hour and a half with Natalia, and then she dropped off, and we were all able to stay on the line and eat our meal together and catch up. It was a lovely, wonderful Mother’s Day for me <3

We organized a virtual trip to Barcelona and the highlight of our day for my wife, our daughter and myself was our time with Natalia. She was a wonderful host, an extremely friendly companion and very welcoming.

We spent some time talking about the history of tapas in Spain and all the different types of tapas, we shared a bottle of wine (each on their side of the screen) and made some delicious tapas, some of which I'd tried in Barcelona before and always wondered how to make them. Her super simple guidance made it easy to follow and we were soon eating delicious cold cuts, pan amb tomate and patatas rotas. There's many more recipes she can help you prepare.

The quality of the video and audio were also great, in case that's a concern for anyone. Overall, we would do this again, virtually or, hopefully, one day in person. Thanks Natalia
